This is a 500g pack of fusili. It is dried and cooks easily and consistently. When cooked the texture is really good. This pasta has a much higher protein content then most of the supermarket pasta. It gives it a good chew and a much better flavour. There's a long shelf life. The best before is well into next year. Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. Aw well what can I say... I was initially looking for American short twist pasta, you know, the one they call "noodles" to serve alongside a chicken dish. I found this instead - cheap and cheerful fusilli, beautiful when tossed in butter, black pepper and a few rasps of parmesan and at such a great price to boot! I didn't even know Amazon had a pasta range. This reminds me why my Prime subscription is worthwhile after all!

Currently cheaper than supermarkets and delivered to my door. Pasta is pasta and this is on par with standard supermarket pasta.

I wanted to try the Amazon pasta to check its quality (I typically used Costco). I can't fault the Amazon brand and certainly cannot tell any difference - It makes me wonder why I was paying such an artificially high price at Costco. The difference I can see is in my wallet as for something like 50p a bag? That is crazy good value. Mix it with a sauce and you have a good tasting meal. If on the fence about trying, you haven't got much to lose, try it and if you don't like it, then feed it to the birds.

Su forma en espiral atrapa bastante bien las salsas, ya sean de tomate, pesto o incluso preparaciones más simples con aceite y verduras. En la cocción se comporta correctamente: siguiendo el tiempo recomendado queda al dente, sin romperse ni apelmazarse. El sabor es suave y neutro, lo esperado en una pasta de sémola de trigo duro, lo que la hace fácil de combinar con muchos ingredientes. El formato de 500 g es cómodo para varias raciones y su precio suele ser uno de sus puntos fuertes. En general, es una pasta honesta, sin lujos, ideal si buscas algo económico y fiable para comidas cotidianas. No es gourmet, pero cumple perfectamente su función.

J’ai été agréablement surprise par ces fusilis ! La tenue à la cuisson est parfaite, elles restent bien fermes sans coller. En plus, elles sont vraiment délicieuses, avec une bonne texture en bouche. C’était la première fois que je voyais des pâtes proposées par Amazon, donc j’étais curieuse de tester… et franchement, je ne suis pas déçue ! Une très bonne découverte que je recommande sans hésiter.

I fusilli, li ho fatti cuocere per circa 15 minuti, tengono la cottura e non rimangono al dente. Li ho cucinati con spezzatino di carne di tacchino e prosciutto. Sono buoni anche con altri tipi di carne e con le verdure a scelta.
