Refill filters for our water system work great. They have to be replaced every 6 months. They are easy to install and you got 2 for a better value. Our water quality is improved for a better taste for drinking water, tea and coffee.

Waterdrop customer service was very helpful, particularly Andrew & Leo. After communicating to them my situation, via ph & email, they rushed delivery of a replacement filter 10PP. Because, the filter I had bought last year did work when I put it on... the water didn't flow at all. So, I installed the new replacement they sent me and now every thing is good. I'm happy with their Quality, ease of installation, delivery, friendly & helpful customer service. Highly recommend them.

These filters are perfect for my undermounted drinking water at my sink. The water quality is great because of the filter. No more chlorine taste & no other contaminants. I have given a set to my son so my grandkids will have clean & safe water. We also put a separate tap for his drinking water. He says he has better ice & always has cold water in his refrigerator now. Water drop has the best overall filtration.

This filter has been in use for about a year and a half now. We previously had a reverse osmosis filter under the sink. The advantage of this filter is that it retains the mineral content of the tap water. The downside is that it doesn't filter out the vast array of potential toxic stuff that an RO filter does. So a trade off. But, the taste of the carbon filter water is better than RO water. I have not replaced the filters per the instructions that came with the filter because the flow has been strong all along. I did buy a new pre filter (the first in the line) and installed that but did not see any increase in flow rate. The water we have in our city is pretty darn good in terms of contaminants, so I am not in a hurry to replace them all per the protocol given by the manufacturer. I like the dispensing mechanism (faucet above the sink) a lot -- easy to use and seems sturdy. The RO filter I replaced (Whirlpool) had a flimsy topside with cheap plastic parts and broke within a couple of years. I gave it four stars rather than five only because it is limited in how much it can filter out.

We’ve had the water drop system for 7 months and love it. It was easy to install and changing the filters is simple. The filters also last longer which is a plus.
