This didn't work for my hair, which is long (hits just a few inches above my waist) and pretty thick. It was hard to get even a very small section of hair into the curling iron in between the barrel and the protective outer piece. It was awkward, so basically made my hair get commpletely tangle when I began the autocurling. Wanted to like this but had to return.

I ended up returning this curling wand because it delivered inconsistent results--often with tangling my hair inside or not curling it at all, or leaving a wadded mess of hair. Additionally, it required a lot of time for each curl--much more than with my regular flat iron that I can use to create curls. I wanted to like the convenience of this curler, but it didn't work out for me and my hair (shoulder-length, thick but fine). Other alternatives might work better, or this type of wand may just not be for me.

It doesn’t give you amazing curls, but they’re decent. I bought it for my 8 year old sister because she wants to curl her hair, but isn’t ready for a real curling iron. I feel like it’s pretty safe to use. It’s designed in a way that makes it hard to burn yourself. It’s a bit tricky to figure out how to use it in the beginning, but we figured it out and she loves it. Great beginner tool.

This might have been worked, but it had a huge learning curve. You're supposed to catch your hair in the flower and then hit the button. It was incredibly difficult to do. I ultimately returned it and got a much easier one.

Could not even get my hair in this contraption. They make it look so easy. Likely it's user error but this item was definitely not made for this 50yo with thick, wavy, outta control hair

It doesn't work. I followed instructions, tried holding my hair for it to wrap, tried other directions and different techniques, it just would not grab my hair to curl it. Gave up.

The curling iron looks good, but it is difficult to operate and it is hard to get the hair into it.
