Plants Not Doing Well.
Two hydrangea arrived looking nice and healthy, even though very small. Kept them in original containers in a sunny window, watered regularly. Now, a month later both plants I ordered lost their leaves: leaves began drying and falling off. Plants are isolated now in case they have a disease. I will try to nurse them to health. It seems it will take forever for the plants to grow into big healthy plants, if ever.

Healthy plant & reliable seller 👍
I bought 5 plants in a 4” pot and this is the only plant that survived. The rest are wilted after a couple of days. It’s better to invest in a 1 gallon pot because the plant is healthier and more hardy. The plant arrived in a well packaged container and thriving till now. Reliable seller. Highly recommended.

Disappointing
We were pretty upset when we received the product. We have been gardening for a while, so we are familiar with a couple plants. We don’t even think this is a hydrangea plant by the way that the leaf looks. And even if it were the right plant, the plant we got was small and had barely any leaves and no flowers. We are giving one star because we were able to request a refund and they said that we didn’t have to return the item. We don’t really need the plant but it does avoid the hassle of the returning process. Overall, we were disappointed with the product. Not worth the money.

Just received my Hydrangea, Niko Blue
I must say I was very disappointed. The Hydrangea was packed in expanded peanuts (not styro) and was packed tightly so that the leaves were bent up against the stems. The pot had tape across its top so that the potting medium didn't fall out but the roots were exposed. Additionally the plant had obviously been used to propagate additional plants from cuttings meaning that the plant was missing two of its main stems due them having been cut off and I presume used for propagation. I suspect with very good care the Hydrangea will survive but it could have been more vigorous on receipt. I can't say it's any better than just "OK"I had to add to this review that the Hydrangea has recovered very nicely and is growing robustly. I upgraded this review from 3 stars to 5 because I have used Hirts in the past and this was the first time I was slightly disappointed but the disappointment has turned to pleasure.

Healthy plants
I ordered 2 but after finding out how long the shipping time was, I was skeptical they would arrive alive. They were delivered safe and sound. Very well packed and extremely healthy looking. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the long shipping time and non-existent shipping status updates.

Hurtfully Disappointed!!!
I have never been this disappointed over an order!! It took extremely too long for the plants to arrive. They looked fragile with little life left. The very next morning there is the plants were dead and the other plant has a slight color of green left in one leaf. Now they are all dead! I’ve learned to go to a nursery for purchasing instead of ordering small plants on line. I trusted this company!!
