It’s ok. Not healthy. Wheb you can’t afford Califia 3 ingredients almond milk, Moola, Pecana, Malk then this will do. Lol

Planet Oat is a good value nice tasting Oat option . I’ve pretty much given up on Cows milk finding Oat or Almond a much easier digestive option . Either smoothies or with Cereal you can’t go wrong with the Planet brand it’s my go to at my local Wal Mart or Amazon if it’s offered .

Great taste and freshness! Planet Oat Milk is really great milk for those with lactose intolerance like me. Not watery, smooth texture.

I prefer the oat milk over almond milk. I like them both but the Oat milk is my favorite.
