I have been buying this brand for close to a year now. I like this specific magnesium. It works well! It doesn't upset our stomachs, aids muscle soreness/aches, and helps us wind down before bed. They're easy to swallow. The price is reasonable, and if you care about ingredients, the quality you get from this brand is up to par. I will continue to purchase these.

It arrived late, however the product work wonders. I had neck/back stiffness for over a week. I took 2 soft gels as recommended and the next day my muscle pain/stiffness was gone and I've only been taking them for a week now. I had to go down to 1 softgel, because I've been struggling with waking up, you go into a very deep sleeping state. I sleep so well and so heavily.

Taking two tablets gave me gas for some reason. I started taking one and everything was good. I take it together with Zinc Picolaye from the same company. I’m confident in Sports Research products

Been close to a month now and definitely notice I’m sleeping better. I use to wake up constantly at night, tossing and turning. That has reduced significantly. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I don’t feel tired or groggy. I’m glad I tried these out.

I’ve been taking them for a while now. I like the health benefits they provide for the cost. I only wish they would have this readily available as my subscription keeps on canceling due to being out of stock.
