Perfect fit for my glass stove-top. Have grilled steaks on it using the press to hold them down - turned out perfectly. The griddle is great for cooking eggs/omelets as well as pancakes. Easy to clean and take care of. Have also used it in the oven to roast veggies while the chicken or pork is cooking. Very pleased with this purchase

Works great. Snashburgers, bacon and eggs, fajitas, steak sandwiches... so quick and easy Easy to clean. Smaller than I thought, doesn't span 2 burners, but otherwise we'll worth it. Definitely grease it up before each use, too.

Ordered this item with the expectation we would use it to grill meat and veggies together on the grill. We have used it to grill chicken, shrimp, and peppers and pineapples for dinner several times. The skillet works great. I actually wish we had bought the larger size that covers the whole grill but this size is sufficient for cooking dinner for two. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. For clean up we usually leave it on the grill to cool down and then brush gently with a sponge and warm water. I usually have to add a small drop of dawn but the grease lifts right off. I know washing cast iron cooking products with soap is not preferred but it's not a process we really follow. The packaging comes with cleaning instructions to follow and it comes with sillicon grips for lifting the cast iron plate. So far, we have been really pleased with this item and it has brought variety to cooking on the grill which is something we do often.

Love my burgers and after going a restaurant and having a smash burger had to be able to make my own. We own other cast iron pans so care wasn’t an issue. Followed the included instructions to season it (though it is pre-seasoned) after use cleaned and oiled it good and left on the grill for storage. Can’t wait to use it for breakfast cooking. It’s a smaller size but it fits the gas grill just fine and there are only two of us at home now. Cooked four good sized burgers at one time on it.

I like the concept of the double sided pan being grill on one side flat on the other but it’s smaller than expected so it doesn’t cover 2 burners as I hoped and cooking isn’t consistent. There are hot spots and warm spots so food (especially pancakes) get burned on one side and not the other if your not watching it like a hawk. I’ve adapted to constant flipping and turning so it’s just ok. My biggest complaint is the sides are very shallow and food falls over & onto my stove or cooking juices spill out over the sides which makes a huge mess. If the sides were higher it would be a better design. For that reason I don’t use it for grilling meat because the liquids make an huge mess so I mainly use it for pancakes & eggs. Overall it’s fine but not fabulous. I give it a 3 because the surface speeds up breakfast cooking time for my family of 4.

My hubby’s favorite griddle

I love to cook with cast iron skillets. I needed to replace my cast iron griddle which got lost in a move. This griddle is the perfect size and weight. I also like having 2 different sides to use when cooking. I did need to season it before I used it. I now just keep it on my stove because I use it so much. I like having a scraper and the two rubber potholders. It's a great value.

Great griddle and a size that will fit your BBQ nicely while easily fitting a couple of burgers on it. It is perfect to throw some veggies on and let them cook more evenly without being burnt and raw at the same time. I bought one for myself and then two as gifts, because anyone with a BBQ will appreciate this. The fact that it comes with the burger press and pot holder are such an extra plus.

Perfect for the bbq grill for smash burgers!

The griddle was good for the summer but I have been using it every week with proper care and I just noticed that the upper layers of the cast iron are eroding exposing the metal body inside. Not sure how harmful that could be but I have stopped using it.
