ErGear Electric Standing Desk Legs for 39.4-63.3 inch Desktops, 176 lbs

This desk frame is simple and easy to assemble, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. The legs, feet, and motor mechanism are slimmer than my previous standing desk. I am pushing this desk to it's maximum weight, and it's performing very well. It's very sturdy, but has a slight noticeable wobble when the legs are fully extended. The feet are smaller than my previous standing desk, and I can only assume this to be the source of the increased wobble when fully extended. For those wondering if centering the legs affects performance, I initially mounted the legs slightly behind the center of my desk, knowing that this may increase wobble. Wobble did increase at full extension, and moving them to the center decreased wobbling. Two bolts securing the outer-center stabilizer do not screw in completely flush, as they are pressing against the wall of the inner-center stabilizer (pictured). The black paint can be chipped, so caution is warranted during the assembly process. Overall, this frame feels high quality, performs well, and is priced very reasonably.

This was a gamble. I was looking at those standing desk toppers and they were MORE expensive than this! I decided to search for ELECTRIC and stumbled upon this little converted. Ordered. It showed up and I unboxed it and though there aren’t a ton of pieces, I was a little overwhelmed initially. I think just unsure if it would work with my table top. IT WORKED PERFECTLY and the assembly and install was SO EASY. It’s nearly silent and all at the push of a button. The quality and construction is beyond great for a whole $100. It came with a bag labeled “spare parts,” so I had no issue with anything being missing. It’s highly customizable to the size of your desk. I got this because I work from home with a toddler and got really tired of him being on my chair, typing on my keyboard, just being all up in my business. This is a life saver!!!

I bought the ErGear frame to use to make my own standing desk, combined with a white birch butcher block from Lowe's (finished with Watco Butcher Block Oil). The total cost was right at $300. A similar desk from Uplift would have been over $1,000, so that's a huge amount of money saved! I had the ErGear frame assembled and verified to be working in about 25 minutes, and then spent about 10 minutes measuring, pre-drilling, and attaching my butcher block top to it. The most important aspects of assembling this desk are making sure the bolts are TIGHT, as well as making sure the legs are the same height when connecting the motor shaft across. On stability, I find it adequate. From videos I have watched of people attempting to wobble the Uplift V2 desk (and messing with my friend's Uplift), the stability of this ErGear one seems comparable — which is notable given the Uplift frame is 4x the cost of the ErGear frame. The ErGear is rock solid at its lowest height, and wobble will increase proportionally as the desk is raised higher. Users must set expectations; I think some wobble is just a feature of standing desks unless one is willing to shell out big bucks for something like a DeskHaus frame. That said, I can type and use the mouse on the ErGear at my preferred standing height (41") without transmitting any wobble to the monitor. If I type with my wrists on the wrist wrest I will see some monitor wobble, as well as if I bump the desk. However using proper ergonomics (hands floating above the keyboard and mouse) the standing experience is flawless. I can also lean on the desk if watching/reading something and it does not bend or flex. On speed, the desk moves from my sitting position (29") to standing (41") in 16 seconds, so the ErGear motor moves at 0.75" per second which is fast enough for me. It doesn't appear to break a sweat lifting ~100 lbs including the tabletop and all my stuff on top. So far at one month with the ErGear I am completely satisfied, I feel that I got a comparable product to an Uplift V2 desk and with a little bit of DIY for the top I was able to save over $700!

It’s great! I already had a desk top I wanted to use, the frame it was on was not a good height for me (for sitting or standing). Now I can I have both. It was simple to put together, clear instructions and I did it on my own. The rise and fall is quiet and so smooth. And this was so much cheaper than the other frames I saw. My favorite part: I could easily replace the top later on, if I want a different style, want something bigger or need it for another purpose.

This desk frame is extremely sturdy and well-built. The metal legs provide outstanding stability with no wobbling, even when supporting a large and heavy tabletop. Assembly was straightforward, and all parts fit together perfectly. The design offers plenty of legroom and makes it easy to add accessories such as drawers or cable management. Overall, it provides a strong, professional foundation for a workstation, office desk, or workshop table. Highly recommended!

Excellent price and quality. I had a standing desk from a well known but very expensive brand. I needed to replace the legs/lift mechanism but the replacement cost was outrageous. I took a gamble on the ErGear frame and can tell you that I am very happy with this purchase. The quality is very solid, stability is excellent, and it looks great. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I also really appreciated how manageable and well-organized the packaging was.

I am very impressed with how easy the entire setup was. I was skeptical about the weight limit with a massive computer so i laid on-top of it and went to the second setting (standing mode). And it worked just like normal without the weight. (Im roughly 170 LBS) I’m very excited to switch between the standing and sitting mode. You can switch the settings to whatever height that you want, even thought it does have basic height settings on it. Instructions were simple! All the parts look so different that you don't get confused with what is what. The screws are in order so you don't get confused. The metal is incredibly sturdy, straight metal with the white color coating. Im excited to see how long this desk will last me.

Compré esta estructura de escritorio ErGear hace unos meses y la monté yo mismo con un tablero de madera que tenía. La verdad es que funciona muy bien y estoy contento con la compra. Lo que más me ha gustado: El motor es silencioso y sube/baja suavemente sin tirones. Tiene 4 posiciones de memoria, lo cual es muy práctico (guardo mi altura de sentado y de pie y cambio con un solo botón). El rango de altura es amplio y se adapta perfectamente tanto para trabajar sentado como de pie. La estructura es robusta, de acero resistente. Una vez montada con el tablero queda muy estable. El montaje no fue complicado. Las instrucciones son claras y todas las piezas vienen bien etiquetadas. Tardé alrededor de 45-50 minutos yo solo. Llevo ya varios meses usándola a diario y no he tenido ningún problema: no hace ruidos extraños, mantiene bien el peso y el sistema anticolisión parece efectivo (aunque no lo he probado a fondo). Pequeña observación: El ancho de las patas es fijo, así que hay que elegir bien el tamaño del tablero. En mi caso encajó perfecto. En resumen: si buscas una estructura eléctrica de buena calidad a un precio razonable, esta ErGear es una muy buena opción. Fácil de montar, funciona suavemente y te permite alternar entre sentado y de pie sin complicaciones. La recomiendo.

Ich find das Gestell top. Habe direkt zwei davon gekauft. Multiplexplatte drauf und Einsatzbereit. Aufbau ist easy (ja, es ist kein IKEA aber wirklich sehr gut beschrieben). Teile waren bei beiden TIschen alle passgenau und isgemsamt macht alles einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Funktion bisher tadellos. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann wäre es die Lautstärke vom Motor. Aber ehrlich: Das Ding fahre ich 5mal am Tag rauf und runter. Das stört genau gar nicht. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

La qualité est largement au niveau de modèles bien plus chers. ⸻ ✔️ Points positifs • Montage simple : 20–30 minutes en suivant le guide • Très bonne stabilité, même à la hauteur max (118 cm) • Le moteur est fluide et silencieux • Les 4 mémoires sont super pratiques pour alterner entre plusieurs hauteurs • Structure en métal solide, aucune flexion • Compatible avec la plupart des plateaux • Câbles bien intégrés, rendu propre une fois installé ⸻ ❌ Points faibles • Le cadre seul est un peu lourd (normal vu la solidité) • Pas de vraie gestion de câble fournie, il faut l’ajouter soi-même. Mais bon pour le prix ! ⸻ 🎯 En usage réel En alternant assis / debout plusieurs fois par jour, je n’ai jamais eu de problème. Les hauteurs enregistrées fonctionnent parfaitement, le moteur ne force pas et le bureau reste stable même avec un écran ultra-wide + PC dessus etc. C’est clairement une bonne option pour se faire un setup ergonomique sans exploser le budget. ⸻ 📝 Mise à jour après quelques jours Aucun jeu dans la structure, aucune vibration, tout fonctionne comme au premier jour. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un cadre électrique.

For the price, the quality of adjustable desk is good although sometimes, it can shake but it doesn't bother me at all.
