I meant to get a Midi Fighter Twister, but it was out of stock and I accidentally chose the 3D. I'm not a loop-based Ableton music maker. I was going to send it back, but it has pretty lights, and the software is really powerful. I started using it to change sampled instrument articulation and load various programs from the Finder. I got a Stream Deck to take over those tasks, but I still use the Midi Fighter 3D to program drum machines parts periodically, even though it isn't pressure sensitive, and it is still a great for XY effects when picking it up and moving it around. It beats using a iPad or trackpad for that.I'm not the target audience, but even I like it. if you have a need for triggering samples and loop-based music sections, you'll probably love it. It is well made and a fun gadget just to look at.

I wish there was a low power mode so I could play with my phone. That would be cool.
