Works well, I've only used the 3mm and 5mm. But it works well, some slipping when you have to push too hard, but otherwise good. Easy to use as a beginner. The marker is a bit odd though. It kind of fades after a few minutes on the fabric, I had to keep re-marking where I had drawn my pattern. All in all I would buy it again.

Good quality. Gets the job done. Like that you can change out the tip.

Good tools. Great variety of sizes in needles for embroidery thread, so great versatility. Nice wooden handle. Hard to open and small case for tools included. Did not include instructions, but not felt to be needed. Durability seems good due ring 2 weeks of use.

Really like the small box for convenient storage and ability to switch needle size. The scissors are great for cutting and the cap is great for safety. Very HAPPY customer! One draw back - I am a kid who struggles putting all the pieces in the box when I get them out.

I bought these that start a new hobby and it was crap. The needle punch didn’t work, and the thread was too thick and broke the little wire.

It technically works but it takes a lot of care to keep the needle in place. I have it tightened as much as I possibly can but if I get the angle just wrong the will pop back into the handle and I have to start over. As a beginner it’s been pretty difficult to learn and doesn’t seem like it will hold up well. It might be worth it for the price just to learn but I’m sure there are better options out there.

A great kit to get you started off on punch needle. Holds up well. All the needles you could need for size options and various projects. I don’t really use the scissors because I got a different kind, but the few times I did they cut well.

Very happy with the quality of these punch needles. With the variety of needles I have no need to look for other needles, they are easy to change the sizes and handle is very comfortable to work with no hand cramps. for a beginner like me it has everything I need and the bonus of it is the storage case and the instructions are very informative. All in all it is a really good buy

Awesome tool for a beginner to use! I love the different needle sizes and have used them to make rugs with thick yarn as well as to make satin stitch-looking embroidery with very fine floss. I really appreciate that you can adjust the needle length based on your project, though I wish there were markings on the needles so I could know how long I’m putting it at/maintain consistency between projects. My one major complaint is that the metal fixture to secure the needles to has come detached from the wood handle multiple times. I have just superglued it back and still have been able to use it. The needle also tends to come loose if you don’t tighten it enough- I recommend using a pair of pliers and tightening it as hard as you can before beginning a project. This was an excellent purchase imo especially for the price and as someone who was new to the craft. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying punch needle!

It is a benefit to have this set in its own container all within reach, however, aside of the metal needles, the pieces here are of low to average quality. There is not much that can go wrong with a punch needle but here the metal pieces on my holder tend to untighten letting the needles slip out every so often and require re-tightening mid-work. The scissors are convenient but overall poor quality. It’s fine as an initial investment to see if you or your child like needle punching but if you are an avid crafter or looking for as gift, you should look for a better-quality set.
