You have to admire anyone who not only reminds you to smell the roses and be more mindful, but lives it himself everyday and every mile.The antipathy of what surrounds us.Observation and intellectual curiosity almost to an extreme.Fun and enlightening.

Maybe the 'complicated' bit was just me - I'm an idiot.This is a fabulous book, chock full of little gems of knowledge that make you sit back and go "blimmey" - or so other such outburst. Excellent cover, strong book (they're not always are they?) and the narration style hits the mark perfectly, being well described - not too complex / not overly simplified. Glorius.

A great way to delve into what is clearly a subject that can be adopted at many levels. I found myself going online to dig deeper into some subjects and feel confident the full book would offer the info I sought. Very easy to read and understand and for those who already have a deeper understanding, a useful reminder.

Print quality of book is incredibly poor. The print is so blurred that it is illegible on half of the pages. Completely unusable. It looks as though it has been printed on an old home printer that is no longer aligned. Terrible

Bought as a gift, seems to be a very interesting book from flicking through it.
