I was looking for a product to help with my posture since I sit at a desk most days of the week. Found this one on Amazon for a great price and it works well! It's comfortable to wear, one size fits most, very lightweight and adds stability to my shoulders.

I have been wearing the Back Brace Posture Corrector for a little over a month and it has really made a difference in my posture. I no longer am getting the headaches and neck aches that I used to get. It really helps me keep my shoulders back which keeps me from hunching over so much.

Posture, hunchback, takes retraining, muscle building, and proper form will help. I sit a lot and hunch during work so planning to use this for support daily. See before and after.

I'm a very small person, and I got this to fit on me. It was a little hard to adjust the straps to fit me perfect alone, but with someone's help I got it perfect. It helps pull the shoulders back very well, but doesn't go full down the back. But for the price it's perfect! And it's good for just a beginner reminder to have a better posture.

Not worth the $9+ paid but then again it's far cheaper than the "not worth it" $38 similar designs.Thing is that at 6'2, 187lbs ~44 chest, I can barely get this on without the straps pulling out of the buckles, then good luck accessing the strap ends to pull the straps boa constrictor like under your armpits. I finally managed. It took a while to find a technique I hope I can repeat but now I've got to first figure out how to get it off without cutting the straps. I can probably get them to fall out of the buckles.Also, the ad mentions "elastic". I'm pretty sure there isn't an ounce of elastic in the build.At least nothing is digging into my neck and nothing sharp into my armpits - tight but not uncomfortable.All in all the design doesn't have sufficient purchase to pull myself into a pain free posture..or even much of a pain reduced posture...maybe from 6/10 down without to 4/10 with.It might be better on a smaller person.
