Great and useful item
This was an excellent item for me. I did not use it for a barn door but for a rolling gate. It worked well . I used it on the top of the gate but because there was a wheel that raised the bottom an inch and a half, I had to use a larger type bracket. But this works great on the top part.

Great solution
I've been fighting with the channel tracks that came with my barn doors forever. We just got new flooring and it was even worse, so I tried these...LOL...I don't know what took me so long....these are awesome! by connecting them to the baseboard rather than the floor, the pressure is taken away from the door and the floor...they're great and took minutes to install. Adjusting them is simple and they barely show.

Perfect solution for barn door in our 5th wheel!
Perfect for our sliding barn door in our 5th wheel! The old plastic white one kept popping off during travel. This was the perfect solution. I love that it has rollers on back and front allowing a nice glide for the door. Very nice quality product and fairly easy to install.
