やっぱり安定のマイプロ👍

EAAは色々試しましたが、やっぱりマイプロテインは安定感がありました。味は抜群に良く水で割るだけでドリンクがわりにもなり、賛否両論ありますが眠くなりやすい成分であるトリプトファンがすごく少なめになっているのがポイントだと周りは言っていました。色んな商品がありますが迷ったらやっぱりマイプロテインにすれば間違いないと思います💡

味はチューペットアイスを凍らせずに飲むとこんな味かな？美味しいとは思えないけど、不味くて飲めないって訳でもない。毎日飲むとして2ヶ月弱、、、って考えたら、もっとサッパリした味の方が飲みやすく続けられるかな！

ジッパーが壊れた

使用して、1ヶ月後くらいに袋のジッパーが壊れました。しかし味は美味しいので星3とさせていただきます。自分はeaa 9gに水300ml溶かして飲んでいます
