This worked wonders for me when I had severe sciatica pain due to a herniated disc. You can wrap it tight and it helped to keep me leg straight so I could move around better. The upper part is adjustable as well and helps to keep your back straight which is a definite plus! I still wear it from time to time when my back is acting up and it's holding up quite well and still comfortable. Definitely worth it for the price!

I have tried 4 of these "hip braces" and this one is the most comfortable. It is not perfect but at least stays put and provides some support for the SI joint but not so much the hip. Improvement would be 1. a third strap mid thigh. 2. a longer thigh flap to allow a fourth strap closer to the knee.

The hip brace that I bought over a year ago was made of a neoprene like material that was comfortable and it did provide some support. But I felt as my hip was getting worse than I needed more support and this product did not disappoint. The materials used are definitely high quality and the velcro and attachments are very sturdy and stay put. I've bought things with velcro attachments before that after 2 weeks the velcro wasn't holding anymore. I like the fact that this is all one piece because similar products are made up of three or four pieces that you piece together on your body and that's a pain and I can't think that it would be as stable. And equally as important, I've worn it for 2 days working at my job on my feet in and out of the car and it definitely helps with the pain and stability. I'm about 25 lb overweight and most of my weight is carried in my belly and my thighs . This product adjusted perfectly . I highly recommend.

Provides minimal assistance, which is better than nothing and taking medications/drugs when working all day. If one has a hard bending over i due to pain I do not advise getting this because there is a reach around for the thigh straps. Unless someone assist you. Besides that, it relieves minor pressure on thigh and back when adjusted. May have to hand wash or a rash will develop over time due to skin to skin contact. If your skin is sensitive where layers and then put on or you'll have irritation and rash.

No bad odor, which I was afraid of. Had instant support moment I put it on and could feel a difference immediately. I loved the extra elastic straps which pull out of the straps for better adjusting, breathable and was surprising comfortable even after 5 minutes of adjusting this brace I was worried that it aggravated my deep back thigh contusion thinking it was too tight, but fell asleep with it on and I declare it improved the injuries when I woke up. FYI, I'm under 5'5" and the 44"/27" size that this maxes out at and fits me with no problem because of those adjusting elastic straps. It seems to be made for an average height of about 5'7" to 5'9" in my opinion because I have to secure the waist strap a few inches higher ; but still comfortable to wear. I think this would be fine against bare skin. Seems to be made well and will be testing soon during walks which is why I purchased it. Happy so far with first 24 hrs. Although a little frustrating at first to hook around thigh, just hook straps of thigh portion together loosely and slip leg into, pulling up onto thigh, then adjust from there.

Wrong size sent, but that didn't stop anything. I decided to give it a show for my travels for the holidays. Within 2 hrs of use the neoprene began to loosen and slide. By hr3 the straps that started around my upper thigh was sagging at my knee. The band around my waist was rolled up and sagging as well. I don't recommend this item. Money I could have wasted on some topical creams or kinetic tape. Save your money, there was absolutely no support in this items just false hopes of feeling some sort or pain relief.

Husband was reluctant to try this product, but I ordered it anyway. He has sciatic pain after hard physical labor and needed relief without taking meds every day. Finally got him to try it one. He is thin and it seemed a bit large until we adjusted it. Adjustments were easily made with the velcro straps and off to work he went. We were both surprised when he came home that afternoon and had no pain. To date, he has only used it a few times but it has worked so well that he doesn't even need to wear it all the time. Highly recommend this product for this price. We figured what did we have to lose and discovered it really does work. No pain is well worth the risk of buying and trying this. Recommend.

It is supportive enough but I find it a little too long for my short frame. It is well made and straps stay tight and in place. But it is very hot to wear. Not much can be done about that as all of these are made of the same fabric.

I pulled my adductor muscle (groin) and have barely been able to walk since. I decided to grab this based on some of the stuff I was reading online and let me tell you - this brace is a GAME CHANGER. Its adjustable in 2 ways, so you can tighten it once it's on. When I have this brace on, the compression feels like its holding my muscle where it's supposed to be. Worth every penny.

Very difficult to put on. No instructions provided. Item has strong odor. Cheaply made…buckle came loose/broke just taking it out of the bag. Still waiting for return receipt and return instructions from seller. I do not recommend buying this item.

No matter how tightly I wrapped this it just wouldn’t give enough support. I think it’s needs more bracing for hip rather than being the soft material it is made out of.

It really helps with mobility and pain. Love it.
