I've bought 4 of these so far and none of them have worked with the exo terra canopy i bought at the same time. are there any solutions you know of?

Have you checked fuse in canopy plug ,I had same problem with mine it wasn't light it was fuse

What is the difference between the pt2187 and pt2186? i see one is 13w and the other 26w, but what does this mean in real terms of viv environment?
