Great reliable investment
This is a truly honest review. I have 3 cats, one is much older & is fussy n cranky. I have to keep her separated from the other 2 cats. Initially I bought the Litter Robot 4 for my 2 cats. It was expensive but a long overdue blessing! After liking that expensive litter box, I decided to buy another for the older cat. But she hates new things sometimes, hates her water fountain, only wants a bowl of water…you get the character of a fussy cat. I didn’t want to drop another 1K on a self cleaning box if she was going to reject it. So I came across this lower priced auto litter box & figured it was worth a try. It is absolutely worth the investment!!!! I like this Bcharya more than the expensive LR4 version. Here are my pros & Cons…. Pros: Self cleaning 👍🏼 has only paused sideways 3 xs 🙏🏼 is smaller than the expensive LR4 but my fussy cat is fine w it 🐈⬛ & is roomy enough 👍🏼 never has disconnected from WiFi, yet 😃 is quiet and super reliable 🙌 app works just fine 😃 Cons: Has been found paused sideways 3x, mechanically that’s the only issue. The cat could have caused the pause. Just push the button & hold for 5 seconds & the machine completes its task. Also I haven’t been able to register the warranty but the app works great 👍🏼 Comparison between LR4 & this Bcharya : The LR4 actually loses connection to WiFi 2-3 xs a day or at least 3-4 x a wk, yikes! I actually have to monitor the LR4 a few times a day because it disconnects from WiFi constantly!!! Frustrating for a 1K item. I have to manually push the cycle button to clean the little. Sometimes I don’t notice the WiFi issues & the litter is full & has been sitting for hours unicycled, sucks. The LR4 is wayyyy more messy w cat litter everywhere every single use. I have the steps too & cat litter is all over that as well. I have to sweep around the LR4 every day or every other day. With this Bcharya, there’s very little litter so it’s a quick sweep. Both brands are self cleaning but the LR4 is high maintenance! I’ve had to take it apart twice because it stopped working. I bought both auto cleaners a couple months apart. This Bcharya is self sufficient, never has lost WiFi connection & works like a dream. Nothing is perfect so the 3xs it was paused sideways I just had to push the button for 5 seconds & it continued its cleaning cycle to completion and set itself back to normal ready to work its magic. For anyone on a budget & you want to invest in one of these auto self cleaning cat litter boxes, I absolutely highly recommend this brand, one of these absolute best you’ll get. The LR4 is a challenge to constantly babysit & attention with major bugs & manually pushing buttons to self clean. This Bcharya has performed almost perfectly. The Bcharya has outperformed the LR4 by farrrrrr.

Great machine
I actually have two of these from this company and they are fantastic. You do have to give them a cleaning, we do ours monthly because we have 3 cats and 2 machines. Cleaning is easy we just take them apart hose them down spray them with some dawn and let them sit for a few mins and rinse them off. They come super clean everytime. Then we let them dry and after cleaning we always spray the silicone mat with vegetable oil spray and rub with a clean cloth. This keeps the litter from sticking to the mat.. as my youngest kitty likes to pee on the bottom. Works like a charm every time and the clumps just slide off when the machine cleans the litter. It takes some figuring out as to how soon it should clean so that the litter has time to clump, but once you do these are the best things ever. We use clumping litter from swheatscoop(multicat) and the arm and hammer hard ball mixed together with some baking soda. Works perfect for us. Find what works for you and your babies even if you have to mix a few together. No litter is perfect so try a few. The machine is quiet and my cats love it took right to it. I highly recommend it.

RUN RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY
Absolutely run from this! It is not worth it. We have two cats and we had been using two standard stainless steel litter pans in the past. We wanted to try something automatic. The price tag was a little scary but we decided to give it a go. One of our cats started using it within a day of us setting it up. The set up was easy and the app is just okay. It is very simple no bells and whistles but I will get to that later. Our second cat took about a week to get used to it but he got there. The opening is on the small side so if you have big cats I’d think about that. Our bigger cat is around 15 pounds and he had issues hopping in so we had to buy him stairs. No big deal. They have no instruction on how much litter to put in this thing so I think initially we maybe did not use enough so it got very messy inside. This is really nasty to clean. My husband hoses it off outside to really deep clean the barrel and the shell. We live in the northeast and this was bought a few months ago so we haven’t had to try to clean it in the winter when we are unable to hose it off outside. The grate that separates the waste from the clean litter is impossible to clean and clean behind it. The cleaning issue means that the smell is typically nasty. When the device enters its spin to clean I have noticed that waste has slipped into the cracks behind the barrel which makes the smell even worse. This thing needs to be hosed off once a week to keep smells away which is not practical for us. Now let’s get to the app. The app has three actions: clean, empty, and reset. Clean is to manually clean any waste. You obviously can set it to do it automatically and can control and lag times etc. empty is if you want to empty all litter to replace everything to deep clean. And reset is for if you have like an error. And let me say. You will have a ton of errors. I’m not sure if we got a lemon but our robot will constantly get an error called antigravity pinch warning I believe. I know that this must be a safety thing for the cats but the app will not send you any notifications that the box is not working correctly. So if you are out of town or if you leave to go to work and that box shoots an error there is a possibility that best case scenario your cat will not have access to a clean litter box and worst case scenario your cat will not have access to a litter box at all. The only way you can tell is if you manually go to the app and see for yourself but you can never be sure if it’s fixed unless you see the box yourself. There are no notifications for low litter or if the tray is full. Our cats have never had issues with having accidents in the house but since having this it has happened twice because we have put litter in it and within a couple days the litter was completely gone. We have tried adding more litter but if you add too much that will cause the box to shoot more errors and make it not work. In a panic on the app, I did see that you could pay 30 dollars a year and they would text you if there was errors with the box. I’m sorry what? That should be included with the app. Completely insane. Sorry for the rant but this is so not worth the money. Maybe if you have one cat that never goes to the bathroom this would work for you.

I can’t recommend this Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box enough!!
I can’t recommend this Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box enough!! I just bought the Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box from BCHARYA, and I couldn’t be more excited about it! Honestly, this litter box has completely changed how I take care of my cats, and I’m so happy with my purchase. First off, let’s talk about how amazing the self-cleaning feature is. Before I got this litter box, I used to spend a lot of time scooping and sifting through the litter every day. It felt like a never-ending chore! But with this automatic litter box, I can finally say goodbye to that hassle. The self-cleaning system works like magic! It keeps the litter fresh and clean, so my cats always have a nice place to do their business. I love how I can just sit back and relax, knowing that the litter box is taking care of itself. Another great thing about this litter box is the odor control. We all know that cat litter can sometimes smell pretty bad, but this box does a fantastic job of keeping my home smelling fresh. The odor control system neutralizes any unpleasant smells, making my living space feel so much more inviting. I can have friends over without worrying about cat odors lingering around. It’s such a relief! I also really appreciate how eco-friendly this litter box is. It helps reduce the amount of litter I waste and cuts down on how often I need to change it. This not only saves me money but also makes me feel like I’m doing something good for the environment. It’s a win-win! Plus, the sleek design means it fits in nicely with my home decor. It doesn’t look out of place, and it gives my cats a comfortable and private space. Safety is super important to me, especially when it comes to my furry friend. BCHARYA has thought of everything with this product. The sensors are designed to detect when my cats are inside the box, which means the cleaning cycle won’t start until they are out. This gives me peace of mind, knowing he’s safe and sound. Here’s a little tip for anyone who gets this litter box: make sure to remove the tape from the sensors/feet at the bottom of the unit before using it! I totally forgot to do this at first, and it caused a bit of confusion. Once I took off the tape, everything worked perfectly, and I was so relieved! One more pro tip for you, if you have heavy shag carpet, get an 18” x 18” ceramic tile to place the unit on. It helps with the weight sensors having it sit on a hard surface rather than the carpet. In conclusion, I can’t recommend the Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box enough. It’s easy to set up, simple to maintain, and has so many great features that make it worth the investment. If you’re looking for a way to make life easier as a cat owner, this litter box is the way to go. I’m so happy with my choice, and I think you will be too!

I love this thing! It's fun to watch it do its thing. It works the way I'd hoped.
First, I have to admit I'm a gadget guy, so this was right up my alley. I just adopted a cat (I haven't had one in a long time). It was a spur of the moment thing, so I didn't have a litter box. I did have one of those aluminum turkey roasting pans though, and fortunately had some containers of litter I keep in the car for winter-type driving in case I get stuck. That actually worked fine, but I had to change it twice a day. I saw this and decided to splurge. It hooked up to my wi-fi on the first try. Like most newer models, my router supports both 2.5 and 5 ghz, so no worries about it working with 2.5. It took my cat a little while to get used to it. For the first 3 days I kept both boxes out. Then, for the next three, I left this one out by itself during the day and both at night, because I didn't quite trust my cat would use it and didn't want to find pee or poop somewhere else in the morning. Next day, I bit the bullet and put the other one away. He uses it now, no problem. I used the app to set it to clean 10 minutes after he uses it so there's no chance he will be around and get scared. Couple of things: 1st, you need to check it about every three days. The pan in the bottom is a good size, but the machine only drops it in the center, so every time it cleans it drops one on top of the other. You can do a couple of things. You can pull it out and spread the stuff around, or you can replace the bag then. I prefer the latter because, no matter what, if you leave used litter out too long, it will smell. 2nd, the bags that come with it are not the size of regular kitchen garbage bags; they are much less deep, which is perfect for the pan. Unfortunately, they are cheap. The ties built into it to close it are very flimsy. At least for me, when I try and pull them tight enough to fully close it, they break, and I end up having to put that bag in a regular garbage bag. So, I've just been using regular kitchen bags. 3rd, my big disappointment. This is my only Tuya ito (internet of things) device, so it only gives me basic info about this litter box (when the cat used it, when it started cleaning, when it finished, and the cat weight). It does not send you a message when the cat is using it, which I would like to know. It can, but you have to pay $20+ a month. That subscription is really for people who have a bunch of items hooked up (lights, etc.), and it gives you lots of control over those devices. Why they couldn't have included messaging in the basic section doesn't make sense to me; it costs nothing. It may be a small thing, but it was important to me. Final thing: it's not 100% perfect, and I don't see how it could be. Sometimes my cat pees near the edge and it doesn't get all the way into the litter to form a full clump, so I need to use a small brush to brush it off the small amount of wet litter. But, this doesn't happen often, so it's not a biggy for me. I'm glad I bought it. Update- So, above I said you have to watch the pan because everything drops to the center and doesn't really spread out. I was wrong, that was a one-off. Turns out I hadn't checked it enough that one time and it had filled up too much, so even though it had spread out, there wasn't room for new ones to spread out. It was my fault. I don't want anyone to not buy this amazing machine because I said that. The rest of my review is accurate.

So far so good.
Very quiet, set up was easy. Seems to be working well with Dr. Elsey's ultra premium litter. Uses much less litter than my other box so expect to save some money there. I put baking soda in the waste basket along with Sprinkle & Sweep litter box deodorizer. So far this has been much better than my previous litter box as far as odors go. I have one cat and empty the waste bin every three days, change the litter completely every week. Emptying the waste bin is easy, just open and tie up the bag. No more scooping. So far a good product at a good price. It is evident that you will need to take it apart and clean it out with soap and water at some interval, just like a toilet you will still need to clean it.

Excellent Update!
I bought one of these a year ago. Good product. Just bought a 2nd one and noticed it had been updated. It is now better than before. Improvements to a good product. The electronics and motor in the back base have now been completed shielded to prevent any litter dust or stray material from getting into it. Access to this area now has it's own removeable panel from the back should it be necessary. Shouldn't need to access, but makes it easier. The front button has now been lit so you know if it's ready to connect to WiFi, not connected, or the connection is established. For me, my phone doesn't use Apps, but it's not needed for the unit to operate properly. The detection delay for auto cleaning after the cat uses has been doubled from 3 min to 6 min, which is great when you don't use the App. Perfect for good litter clumping. Very pleased with this updated version.

Great value for the money. Just works by itself!
This litter box has been great, it’s much cheaper than one of the other big brand name ones and you do lose a few features but basically all of those are just “extra” nice to haves that in my opinion are absolutely not worth the extra expense. Positives: -Just works -Cat thinks it is interesting and has no issues using it from day 1 -It stops immediately when he is inquisitive and puts his feet up on the front of it if it is spinning. -The rotation is nice and slow so it’s safe for him and also properly cleans the litter out smoothly -The trash bin is plenty big enough to hold waste for a good while i usually am good for a week minimum but more often can go two weeks - The app gives you the status of the litter fill level - App gives you status of the waste bin -Generates Ozone for a short time to eliminate smell and seems to work great Negatives: -App notifications pretty much just don’t work at all so if you want to check the status you have to go open the app. (That said this is pretty much hands off like 100% of the time and you only have to remember to empty the waste bin which you can check in the app) - When your cat gets out it does tend to let a bit of litter out with him, not sure of anything they could have done different but just a heads up as you might place a mat or something under the entrance side. I’d say for the money this is great, since we got it I haven’t really had to think about the litter box which was a chore before. So well worth the money for us on this automatic litter box!
