Taking one softgel a day with an array of helpful hair ingredients is a wonderful change from the pills that require you to take multiples. However, I do think there are important ingredients in other products that this doesn't include. Simple may be better. I honestly don't know. I didn't notice a tremendous difference in 30 days but that's to be expected in such a short time. I'd be more likely to stick with these over a long period of time because of the ease of swallowing one softgel a day but they are a bit pricey for a one month supply.

The Solgar Hair Growth Nutrition is easy to swallow. The bottle had a nice smell when I opened it.I take the gel supplements with at least half a glass of water.I'd love to have thicker and fuller hair, and the product is vegan. It seems like a great supplement for me.

I got these for support with reduction in hair loss. These supplements are formulated for improved hair growth cycle and to strengthen hair roots. I like that the biotin is not a high amount, which is often seen in supplements for hair and nails. This bottle contains a 1-month supply only, which most often would not be a long enough period to ascertain whether any benefits have been provided.I have been taking supplements for various issues throughout my life. For the first time, I am actually going through a period where I have been experiencing less hair loss. The amount of hair loss in the shower has dropped noticeably, as well as finding fewer loose strands while brushing my hair.The one change I have made in my hair routine is that I recently acquired a cordless scalp massager which I feel may have provided some benefit as well. I recently finished the bottle of hair growth supplements and soon thereafter obtained a scalp massager, which I use about every other day. I hope that my hair loss improvement is not a temporary thing. but I will monitor the situation with using the scalp massager and decide whether I will order another bottle of the hair growth supplements. Since I do not know whether my reduction in hair loss is due to the supplements or use of the scalp massager, I will assign 4 stars to the hair growth product at this time.
