Addressing the elephant in the room out of the gate: Yes, this sprayer is expensive when compared to the standard, manual-pump Hudson sprayers... but when I tell you it is worth every penny, trust me. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!The main reasons for that conclusion are twofold. First, the quality of the typical Hudson sprayers that are in the marketplace has been on a downward trajectory of years. Where you used to be able to get three to five years of use out of a single Hudson sprayer, you are lucky if you make it a single season without a seal failing, threads stripping, or plastic breaking on the junk Hudson sprayers usually available at retailers.Second, the typical Hudson sprayers in the marketplace today are prone to a variety of issues from spray pattern consistency to routine clogging and terrible pressure without hand pumping every 30 seconds or so. Using them for extended periods is a pain and a hassle, full stop.Fortunately, all of the above issues are solved with this product from Sprayers Plus! Everything about this unit is top-notch quality, from the dense, durable plastics used in the tank walls to the high quality rubber hoses and the reliably consistent air pump... This sprayer does it all! As someone who routinely has to spray plants and trees around our property, this sprayer has cut the amount of time and effort required for spraying regimens nearly IN HALF due to the time I save from no longer having the manually pump the sprayer. With this tool I simply fill it up, turn on the air pump, throw the strap over my should, and set to work! Consistent results, every time!The high quality components of this sprayer also help in terms of better control of the output spray from the tank. I've never been able to dial in the range and spread of the spray with such precision, which makes it easier to accomplish the tasks at hand without getting much spray drift (or inadvertently spraying clothes or skin). I haven't encountered a single issue with leaks, drips, or errant spray lines with this tool. It is fantastic!I can't speak highly enough of this product from Sprayers Plus. This robustly made, heavy compressed air sprayer is ideal for spraying acidic chemicals (such as muriatic acid on concrete, etc.). You can dial the pressure from 16 psi to 32 psi and produce a fine aerosolized spray to a powerful stream. The canister holds about 2 gallons and the battery will easily power this sprayer so you can complete your job.The sprayer is easy to assemble and use - just read through the simple manual. Also, the box has some useful info printed on it (shows parts, etc.) so you may want to take and print several photos of it for your records.I have pavers that get riddled with black mildew over the course of our hot humid summers-this sprayer will help me to easily saturate the pavers with a weakish solution of muriatic acid and water to kill the mildew. The advantage for me is I don’t have to haul out the pressure washer to do a messy job.I also intend on using this to spray an acidic solution on my sidewalk to eliminate rust stains (from the irrigation system).After you fill the tank with your preferred solution and screw on the compressor top and turn on the compressor, it pumps air into the tank until it reaches the pressure selected. You then use the sprayer as you would any other sprayer.I as a matter of course clean the unit after it is emptied and charge the battery to full after each use.This is an excellent sprayer and highly recommended.

This is a very solidly constructed sprayer with advanced technology. It combines a rechargeable battery with a pressurized tank and the resulting spray is strong and consistent. It arrived just in time to use for spraying an oxalic acid-based wood cleaning solution on several pieces of outdoor furniture in preparation for staining and it made the job easy. There is a handy pressure-release valve you must use when you are done and before you unscrew the top to empty and rinse the tank for storage. Make sure you pull hard on the valve release button so you get all the pressure in the tank to escape. Otherwise, when you unscrew the top, you might get some contents on your person. One negative I found was the position of the spray wand when stored on the side of the tank. The clip for the handle end and the little holder for the tip are lined up directly in line with the on-off switch which made it hard to reach. The on-off switch is part of the top that screws into and seals the tank, and at its tightest point, the switch happens to be right behind the wand when stored in the holders. To change this the top would have to have its threads That would require a manufacturing adjustment on future sprayers. The only other negative is a feeling that the price is a bit high.

This is a high quality sprayer designed for work that would eat other sprayers alive. Designed for corrosive acids and alkaline solutions this sprayer can take the abuse of spraying chlorine on a deck to muriatic acid to etch concrete. The sprayer is a smaller size due to the heavy construction. Battery power means constant pressure, ease of use and less leakage. For the toughest jobs, this is a sprayer that works well. The sprayer arrived complete with no missing parts. This sprayer is very impressive and an easy recommendation.

I have had one other powered sprayer, in the past, and this one tops it easily. Battery capacity, sprayer capacity, adjustable pressure...just an outstanding sprayer with no weaknesses (to this point). Using for pesticide spraying, herbicide spraying and acid washing concrete. Highly recommend, if you want to stop manual pumping and have a few extra bucks to spend on it.
