This was used to make a carrot cake truffle and was delicious . A bit pricey but worth it .

Excellent taste. Perfect directions. Made for a birthday. Adult group devoured it! Mix quality was top rate. Texture excellent for gluten free product.

Good tasting!
Tasty mix for cake, muffins and I made mini Bundt cakes. Mix suggests adding in shredded carrots and pineapple which would be delicious .. I made without and they came out good!

Pretty good if you add extra ingredients to preserve moisture.
I don't think any gluten-free cake mixes are very good but this one was as good as most. I added additional ingredients for moisture like crushed pineapple, fresh carrots, raisins and coconut.
