I put this on an 8 inch mattress (marketing materials say 6-8 inch mattress). The fabric was not taught around the cover resulting in the cover looking poor. You can see wrinkles where the fabric is loose.When I decided to return it, I quickly learned their return process included the customer to pay shipping costs for the return. Despite my frustration that I’m paying to return the cover marketed incorrectly, I still agreed to pay to return it.I sent the cover back exactly 4 weeks ago and included the RMA label inside the package.No feedback from DCG.No refund.

I've had the new cover on for several months now, and it has held up amazingly! It's easy to put on, easy to clean, and did not have any weird lingering odors. My dog sheds a ton, and the fur just brushes off onto the floor for easy vacuuming. He also likes to dig into the futon, but the material has had no problem holding up against a 60 pound dog intent on burying a bone.The material is soft and comfortable. Any messes the dog has made (eating/puking/etc) on the material has been a breezy to clean up. The pricing is fantastic for the quality.

Bought this cover to protect my futon from ill-behaved cats, and it has freed me from the chore of endless laundering of the cover and waterproof pads I was using before. My futon now looks nice and stays clean no matter what. What a fresh and sanitary solution to my problem. It's a handsome and well-made product. I think it will be durable, as my cats are not scratchers. Even I can use the futon again. It's really working out just as I'd hoped. I like that it doesn't look exactly like leather because I would not want anything that seemed like an animal's skin in my home. This product was worth the price. I am just so happy with it. It's the prefrct solution of you want to have a fresh and clean place to sit in a multi-cat home.

Extremely durable , durable enough for a 130 lb Great Dane and 55lb boxer. No tears, no scratches, looks just like leather. Dressed it up a ton. Feels great, soft rand easy clean. Definitely add to cart.Update: 2 and half years later and still going strong. Best purchased I've made. Still no tears scratches or stains. Easy clean up for a baby puppy, 130 lb Great Dane with seriously long claws, and a 65 lb boxer. To last my son alone is a miracle, but the dogs, they just don't make things this indestructible. I just wish I could find a couch in this material, still looking and still haven't found it.

This. Thing. Is. AWESOME! We have two large dogs that love to bring in sticks, mud, leaves, you name it. They haven’t been able to put even a tiny scratch on this thing. It is SO EASY to clean compared to fabric, and looks very convincing for faux leather. It’s very thick and durable, plus the color is really pretty (red.). Would buy again if we had to, but it seems like this thing is going to last forever!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have a full size futon and I got full (Duh) it was hard to get out the plastic bag but I have extra long nails. It feels like real leather. Definitely worth it.

Absolutely appreciate the futon cover. I am sitting and laying on the futon again. No more dog hair! The cover matches a settee cover already on our porch. Originally I ordered the wrong one (a cloth one I thought was the leather like - you were so gracious in letting me return it for this one.THANK YOU!!! This cover is comfortable, fits perfectly, and looks great!

4 stars only because I am using on a futon that’s on my Deck that’s not covered so it does get water in it when it rains but I bought a mother cover to put over it that seems to be working out if I remember to use it🙁
