Nice TV and picture quality. Just a shame some apps like YouTube don't work. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it but still won't work 😠 I can't get the arrows to move to anything on homepage. I'm just wondering if a mouse pad or something might get it to work.

The TV is rubbish. Problems with outdated android and Google store. Can't install apps on it. Netflix does not work at all. No free support on the manufacture webpage. Never again !

After receiving a replacement TV, it still doesn't pick up internet in my bedroom even though all my other devices do and when I set it up (in the living room) many of the apps including Amazon Prime don't work. not a smart TV at all.

I have to put the TV right by the WIFI hub to enable it to connect. YouTube and Netflix apps do not work. I installed the latest versions, but still no luck. This TV is unusable for my purposes.
