Couldn't find my crimping tool, so ordered this. It's got more parts than I needed and took care of a job I was doing. Came in a nice case. Good value.

Enclosure zipper broke and the contents just all fall out in my tool bag. The blades dull quickly. I won't buy this gain.

Great quality tools. It includes everything you need to do networking at home or business. Such as 110 punch with cutter or reversible 110 punch with no cutter. Small snips, Cat 5-6 pass through crimper. Great wire stripers. Also comes with a cheap all in one striper and 110 punch. Also comes with 10 boots and 10 network RJ-45 connectors. Also has a small useless screwdriver that will not help you unscrew the crimper from passthrough to just a regular crimper. I had to use a real screwdriver for this. Very easy to use. Great value for the money.

Purchased to replace home wiring with Rj45 connections. Works great, most all tools available except loop magnifying lense to ID wire colors once set inside pass through connector piece, which I have.

I wish we had kit like this decade ago ! It low cost and you get pretty much everything you need (everything except maybe Bix termination head, but those are more legacy now and for old telephone lines..). It not the highest quality tool you can find, but they are not the cheapest I ever had. They all seem good enough for the job. Some of the tool I spend about half the price of this kit for the same quality ! And it had no cases, and nothing else included. With this, you get get started doing networking cables... You just need some network wire and that about it. You would need 110 termination connector and wall plate if you want to in wall installation, and some retaining bracket and a screw driver... But this include the termination tool to punch those 110 punch connector !!! I personally think that the connector and boot included are too much for the size of the case, but it really nice they included it with the case so you can get started with your job once you receive it ! It might help you also ordering the right RJ45 connector afterward (as they are all not the same). I definitely say get this if you are getting started, it worth it !

I'm pretty satisfied with this kit. It got the job done and I successfully expanded my home ethernet network. All the terminations I did ended up working fine. The build quality of the crimper tool seems great but being honest it doesn't leave the terminals as even as my other professional crimper. Good for the price though and will get you going if you're beginner or need something just for a single job.
