Worth every penny and it does the job. I use every day, great display with video like Netflix and you tube. Was not needing a Windows based laptop anymore so this was ideal for me and a great price. Very well built.

The laptop is in excellent condition and everything appears to be working correctly. It was well-wrapped and delivered very promptly. Very pleased.

Good for basic internet use & browsing, really easy to set up. Don't expect too much from it, the limited RAM restricts multiple programs open or anything fancy. You get what you pay for I guess.

Great laptop, I have got used to the Chromebook system through work and this machine works well for me. I have learnt how to use docs, sheets and slides and it does everything I used to do in microsoft word. I love how it is all stored in the cloud so I can access it without sending it to myself when I get to work. I have a little trouble trying to save things to the right google account but you can always share it so not big deal.

I got this on black Friday for my husband's Christmas present, luckily it came with an extended return window. It seemed very good at first easy to set up, it had a good battery life and was fast but after a while became obvious it had a constant issue staying connected to the internet, and kept showing error messages saying there was a connection problem. I followed all the trouble shooting suggestions, I googled for more tips, changed settings and disconnected other media (which was working and had no problems staying connected to the internet) so this laptop had no competition for our WiFi but it still failed to stay connected. After a couple of weeks of trying and failing I decided to return it while I still could. I then purchased a replacement from a popular high street shop and have had no issues with that at all. There was something not right with this laptop but it was reassuring that Amazon offer a good return policy compared to shops.

The issues with Chromebook operating system is a real nuisance, I have worked with Chrome for years but never found it challenging as an environment until switching to Chromebook. I'm not that keen on windows either because of the data harvesting that goes on because it means I have to turn off loads of cookies or delete them every week. So this has been demoted to the second back up laptop and I have purchased a Notebook as well. However, HP is great, easy to setup and obviously as a repeat purchaser the quality is good value for money.

A 15.6 full keyboarded CB? Surely not? But I was wrong and as I love the CB and its power and battery use, when I was given the cash as a voucher by my family, it was an easy choice. The CB is what it says, a great little laptop that runs only on WiFi, but the difference with this is not when you use it, but that if you use it in a bedroom, as I do, due partly to adverse disability, when you go to lay or sit down to it, it doesn't matter which side of the bed you go for there are charger ports on both sides of the machine for your USB 3.0 charger wire. Genius! Why didn't I think of that and patent it? This is a great machine. Thank you Mr. Amazonians. ❤️

I paid over €700 for my last chromebook which lasted exactly 3 years and was a month over the extended warranty, I was just going into hospital for an op the day it went wrong, I was gutted, so I quickly ordered this hp chromebook from Amazon which came in a day or so, I needed a mouse with it, which made all the difference for me, now I am set up with this solid bigger screen chromebook and I really love it, much cheaper than my old one and better quality, I can highly recommend it.

Lightweight and very simple to operate item. Time will tell more as to battery use but on a daily basis and for the money is more than adequate. A mouse would be most helpful.
