why the price for this went too high ? it was 20$ 2 weeks ago now i won't buy it!

To be honest, this thing is a workhorse. I’ve had mine since 2011 and it’s still going strong. Besides the battery changes about 2 or 3 times a year, it never quits. I hate being so attached to the dang phone for my step counter. I would not pay $80 for one especially since there are other option. But I can attest this thing has been going strong for 12 years being used every day! FYI, I bought 3 on my order back then, and all are still working, got some as gifts and family members still use theirs.

Yes it tracks miles. It calculates aerobic miles which calculate consistent movement which is healthier than regular stop start movements ie walking exercise versus walking at work. Regular miles are calculated 2,000 pedometer steps = 1 mile. Some may think the tracking is inaccurate because of aerobic vs regular miles. The online Omron Fitness dashboards is easy to set up and tracks steps and miles, trends, set fitness goals, etc.

does it recored accurate millage in decimals?

Sorry, I pressed the wrong key before finishing my answer. I have not had chance to test to see if it gives accurate mileage. However, it does show two decimals on mileage recording. Such as 1.25 mile.
