Good looking watch unfortunately the solar was a nuisance, had to charge often , bought as a Xmas gift but returned, partner works shift work and night time , watch wasn’t appropriate for this .

This is a very well made watch. It is made in Japan and for the £50 I paid is very good. The watch is waterproof and solar powered so should not need seals disturbed to change the battery. The three hands are luminous but the face is not. The case is quite chunky but not bad for a watch of this style.

This unknown brand is produced by Seiko and that gives me comfort about durability. The watch looks great for its price, with 3 main features for me: 100m, which i have tested swimming with no problems which it is not rated for diving; solar (no battery replacement which would otherwise cost a lot for a waterproof reseal); and mineral glass. While i find the dial a bit big, the crown is very small so overall right size for me. silicone strap has plenty of holes also for smaller wrists. The only drawback is that I was expecting a luminescent display but it is not, nor is it advertised as such on amazon. Not a big deal for me.
