I love this product but giving it 1 as the patches doesn’t come out well so lost more than 10 patch which is painful and waste of money

These are small patches, roughly 4cmx4cm I'd say. Stick very well, definitely don't peel off during the day. Easy to remove too and don't leave a mark, despite being really sticky. Comparable adhesive to a fabric plaster I'd say.I felt quite good when wearing them, but unfortunately I am not convinced about the absorption of these patches after my most recent blood test. I wore them daily for a few months and my blood B12 levels actually went down by around 100 points. This shows that my body wasn't absorbing anything from these.Might not be the same for everyone, as we all different, but they didn't work for me.

I would really love to have given this product 5 stars, but there is something wrong with the adhesive on the patches. Two of them rubbed off on my clothes, some peeled off easily when it was time to remove them (good!) but more than half had such heavy adhesive that they were painful to remove - they almost tore my skin and left bruises on the delicate skin on the inside of my arms and thighs. Prior to removing them, I tried soaking them with make up remover, shower gel, nail polish remover and perfume to try to dissolve the glue. So, although I did feel better after a few days - less tired, more cheerful - the problem with the glue has put me off re-ordering them.
