I didn't entirely know what drifting was and even I was able to get it to drift!
Fun to use remote controlled car, as advertised it definitely can drift and surprisingly easy too with the rather intuitive controls. Pretty fast too. I think the car does best to use to drift and spin rather than straight out race, though it can do that as well and again is pretty fast. The car sent to me to test was red and looks very sporty (sorry I don't know makes and models of cars very well). I liked the headlights on the car when it was turned on. Charging was quite fast. Comes with additional wheels so it can switch from being a drift car to a race car, though I think it succeeds best as a drift car, with the ones already on the car the drift wheels. The plastic body/chassis seems durable. I liked the little screwdriver that was included and appreciate it, as most of the time it seems these toys do not come with screwdrivers to get into the battery compartments. All in all a very decent RC car!

Fun but has a few quirks
The Yuan Plan RC Drift car I tested was the silver Porsche 911 model. It is 4 wheel drive and a ton of fun to drive. It is a bit smaller than I expected, measuring approximately 7.5" long x 3.25" wide, and 2" high. This makes it ideal for playing with indoors on a smooth floor such as hardwood. Being that this is a drift car, its made to slide through turns. The steering is typical for RC cars at this price point with all or nothing steering, by this I mean that you are either full left, full right or straight ahead. There's an arm underneath the car near the front wheels to adjust the center alignment if necessary. The car takes a lithium rechargeable battery which is included and keeps the car running for a decently long amount of time. In testing, I noticed that the headlights tended to turn off after a bit and the only way to get them to turn back on was to turn the car off via the switch and then turn it back on. Additionally, the motor setup causes it to run a little jerky at low speeds. Oddly enough, this car does have a bit of a variable speed throttle, but due to the jerkiness at low speed, you more or less are either all the way on or all the way off the throttle all the time. I did notice that sometimes it does hesitate every now and then when applying throttle. The car also comes with a set of rubber tires for doing normal driving (instead of drift driving). It would be great if the body of the car easily came off so that you could store the spare tires inside so that they don't get lost and you have them on hand to swap whenever you so desire. The body styling is close enough to a real 911 turbo design. When activating reverse the brake lights light up nicely. My 5-year-old loves this car.

A bit of fun, but also kind of a pain
Was really excited to mess around with this, but right out of the box started with some frustrations. The packaging is a bit rough and really had to work just to get the car out of the plastic without breaking it. The car comes with a rechargeable battery which is not installed during shipping. They include a tiny screwdriver to open up the battery compartment, but that had been machine screwed down so hard there wasn't enough torque on the tiny screwdriver to open the compartment. But, of course, the screw was too small for a standard sized screwdriver. I had to go digging for my micro screwdriver to get the darn thing open.Did finally get things assembled and ready to go, and the car works ok. Controls are not super subtle, but at this price point I'm not expecting much. The car does respond to the remote well, didn't really have issues with it ignoring signals which can happen at this price point, so that was nice. Do wish there was a good way to store the extra tires instead of having to keep the whole box on hand for everything...I'm sure I'll find some small drawstring bag or option to keep this all in.Overall, the car works ok, but the packaging and setup was annoying which probably deterred me from having maximum fun with the car. It's not terrible, just nothing that blew my socks off!

Super fast and very responsive.
We have gone through a crazy amount of rc vehicles over the years so far this one is the fastest and smoothest in controlling.-It came in well packaged and everything was accounted for and in perfect shape.-The fact it came with changeable wheels was great as depending on what you are driving on, one does better than the other.-It charged up pretty quick.-As opposed to other RC cars this one actually has 4 wheel drive. Which makes it go so much faster than others. It also helps it over obstacles.-The controls are very smooth and reaction time is instant.-The headlights and tail lights worked perfectly and were a very neat addition. We have had some that the lights only work sometimes but these worked no problem.-It goes SUPER fast compared to all the other same size RC vehicles we have had.Overall this is a great working easy to control Rc car at a really reasonable price. We have paid much more for some that perform much less.

Bad
Cheap cheap cheap. You can go to Walmart and spend $12 and get something better. Not a good value for the price when I received it.
