I love this product. I just used it yesterday. I was on a long trip with others and didn't have an outlet so I thought about my new mini portable charger and charged my phone and apple watch.

UPDATE: seller reached out and made things right. Customer service was great!I purchased this item because it gave me several ways to charge and I could charge my smart watch. I should’ve checked it before my return window closed though cause I finally used it to try to charge my watch and it won’t work. Waste of my money cause that was selling factor for me!

Overall the charger is solid and easy to operate. It charges phones and other items in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it can be difficult to charge your phone inside of the case. I found that I needed to remove my phone case to ensure that it properly charges.

This product is so convenient in size and reliable in charging. Definitely a good buy
