It has a button on the side to light up the screen and is very easy to use
I got my son-in-law to program it so I can't speak for ease of programming but it works well and is replacing a much more expensiveone that I could never get the correct battery for. It has a button on the side to light up the screen and is very easy to use. I use itin my media room and am glad I didn't pay more for a fancier one.

Purchased as replacement! Did not get same item pictured ...
Purchased as replacement! Did not get same item pictured in ad! Plus has not held up to daily use, seems weak and fails to work often. Would not reccomend thisitem!

It works great while it lasts.
I bought a Universal Remote about 2 years ago. It does work great while it works. I did purchase a less expensive version, not this one. But, the power button has just given out, so you can't turn any component on or off. They don't sell my version any more. You can guess why. Only 2 years. I would be concerned about a remote that costs in the hundreds of dollars not functioning in the future. Their button technology may be poor.
