I ranked this band very high because it is a great source for squats and any other type of legwork and it's easy to transport to the park to the track or wherever you want to work out Outdoors... It's comfortable on my legs when I have my leggings on and or shorts does not pinch my legs does not roll up it is very sturdy

Thick and durable! I got the small size in pink but not sure what the “strength” was but it is strong! Works well for banded glute bridges and hip thrusts (glutes were on fire).

Not much stretch and hard to use.

Greatness unfortunately no have to reorder another band I am weight trainingand already I've stretched out the band so I'm thinking not as good of a quality maybe or could be because I'm getting stronger and I had ordered a medium. That's the only reason why I give it 4 stars because I have to order another one because the band is becoming loose.
