Bosch Accessories LBH005 1/4" x 12" Round Hammer Drill Bit

I needed to drill a few holes (12) in some sidewalk that a 6 inch bit did not handle. It had no issues, and looks like it can handle more. Just keep in mind that you need to let the tool do the work, but keep the bit cool. If you work it too hard, it will stop working. No issues with the shaft trying to buckle .

Worked well. I use it for pre-drilling holes to sink orange fiberglass snow markers in the ground so they are deep enough to stay upright. Helps alot in frozen ground.

I bought two just in case, but I haven't needed the spare even after heavy tortuous use.

Exactly what I needed to install door bell and phone wire through stucko walls.

Versatile and long drill bit. Seems sturdy enough and hasn't broken while drilling some holes into an ashfalt driveway. Probably wouldn't recommend for heavy duty jobs, but great for light to med/light drilling needs.

I need 2 holes through my brick........ couldn't accomplish one with this bit before the carbide evaporated. I went to the local hardware, purchased a 'task' brand and finished the job no problem. The ONLY thing good about this bit is triangular grip shaft.
