Came used and damaged with dried blood!
The one I received appeared to be a used return as there was no packaging except for the cardboard box that it came in which was also bent in places.Found dried blood spot on checking, return started immediately but I have ordered another one hoping it comes right this time as the product itself looked and felt lovely and hoping that mamas and papas and Amazon gets it right.

Baby loves it however its overpriced
At original price it's very expensive for what it is! We bought it just over 50% off. It looks very luxurious and my baby loves to look at the mirror and the stars. Beware when fitting it - when you go to the cut the strings holding the arch together the arch bounces outwards which is extremely dangerous hence the 4 stars. If my baby didn't enjoy playing in it I would have probably given a 3 star rating.
