Totally easy to assemble and comfortable as far as bucket seat formfactors go.
If you have the space it does everything as advertised. YOU WILL NOT QWOP IF YOU'RE UNDER 130kg so don't worry about it. I had it for years. Sitting at least three days of the week for hours on end for at least 3 years. The lumbar pillow is nice enough as an also/and. Also goes brrrrrr if you have a power bank to connect it to. It does feel noice on max.I'm turned off of these chairs in general nowadays but this is my last one of these kind of chairs that is holding me up until it can't support me anymore.I've newly discovered that you can recline a perfect 180⁰ Because I've let go of that fear. Hence me being around the ballpark I've mentioned earlier. Space provided of course. It's a good chair. Might leave a divit that makes you feel nasty when you leave it.... buuuuuttttttt that will leave after you leave it. It's made of pleather too so if you're living in a swamp you'll go ew.

I like the chair its good chair not prefect but good.
I like the massage part, I like fact that seat is wider then most 22" or so and i like the fold out foot rest which almost makes up for the fact that the chair width is almost as wide as i would like but not quit.what would made chair better1 Picture guide for putting it to gather if you never built a chair before this might be a challenge for most new computer chair builders there is no instruction book or guide of any type not even picture of finished product - I know people who would not have any clue how to build it and would need step by step picture instructions.2 the massage thing is nice but the cord is 3 feet long so unless your computer is with in 2 feet of your chair at all times this just is not going to work you will need a longer cable extension usb cable lucky I have one and able to plug chair into my electrical outlet which i also have built in usb support for - but if you do not do your own home wiring or if you do not have a long 15 foot or so extension usb cable or simply if your computer is on your desk or also on the left side on you desk cable comes with the chair is not going work for you.3. seat width is nice compared to most but not as nice as my old chair my old chair is executive chair with a width of 26 inchs and flat and wider toward front so I could sit cross legged in it or on top of one leg which is way i prefer to sit, my wife is smaller she can sit cross legged on this chair just fine but being 6'5" I can not sit cross legged in this chair which upsets me. :( - also the massage thing is awesome but it is sticks out quit ways, so it sucks up almost over half of the sitting space, which means the seat depth should been longer to accommodate it - I notice with the lumbar thing i am siting almost on edge of the seat where with out it I am siting in the seat just fine.4. arm rest I was or am almost tempted to just remove them. I like distance they are apart I like fact that they move but there to short they do not go back far enough for my elbows to sit on them they come up where my fore arms are which is where my desk is my elbow is where the arm rest need to be to support that area. if it would been shorter in front and longer in back would been better option for me - it not even off by that much just 2 inchs.after own and use chair for few days it is indeed issue with the seat size its not big enough I cant even cross my legs with one foot on floor with out they spaced the arm rest far enough out but there issue they took a bucket seat race car to the seat which this is my first time using a chair like that out side of a car for computer gaming chair and it just does not work in car its fine u sit with feet straight on to pedals in chair not so much so.issue being the winglets on side are way closer then the arm rest and there steel brackets after siting in chair for few days i have burises on side of my thighs from these brackets, I had to give up chair to my wife cuz shes way smaller size then me she is 5'6 125 pounds and chair is great for her.i am 6'6" almost and 269 pounds and i never sit prefect straight in a chair leg why i find it un comfortable i dothat for a living driving truck last thing i want do is sit straight with feet down all time or even have my feet on ground after working on remodeling I want my feet up - the foot rest is would need be twice the distance out for me.I went back to my old chair and guess ill just keep using that sense its better for me.

Nifty chair with all the bells and whistles, but if you have back problems, stay away.
Edited: The seller was very quick to respond and offer a refund. I had never faulted the seller for anything except perhaps being over enthusiastic about the use of the term "memory foam".I am disabled, have had two recent back surgeries on the L5S1 area, including spinal fusion. On top of that, I have severe fibromyalgia and other painful conditions. I live in a very rural area and the nearest place to "test drive" chairs is about 80 miles away one-way, which was my reason for picking this chair online. It may very well be that a "normal" uninjured or person without pain issues might find this chair comfortable. It is a cleverly made chair with lots of extras. I was very impressed by the thoughtfulness of the entire packaging, with gloves to wear to avoid damage to the chair pieces during assembly and a foam drop-cloth to avoid damage to the floor. It is an attractive chair and it is meant for tall people (I am 6') and it is wide enough for my hips without the sides or arm rests jabbing into me and causing pain. The castors roll smoothly so I can zip from one place to the other in my studio. And the chair itself has multiple adjustments. Those are the pros, and there are a lot of them. Here are the cons, as they will affect anyone:The assembly is just as bad as people say. Don't do this alone. The footrest is a little flimsy feeling. The big problem FOR ME is that the seat does not feel like memory foam at all. It is hard and very uncomfortable to me, and originally led me to give this a much lower rating. I had to remove both lumbar and neck, and even then I could not sit in it for very long. I am going to give this more of a benefit of the doubt and say that it might be that it is because I have so many pain issues. I had really hoped that the chair would be an assistance to my issues instead of a hindrance. It is not.I have not had a chance to test the USB massage. I did not buy it for the massage. My only opinion on that is that the cord is way too short. I would have much rather had heat than a massage unit.Nifty chair. Just not for me..
