Keeps its position without slipping, but this also means you need more force to position it than one might assume.Its a wonderful little easel with rubber under its “feet which keeps it where you put it. Easel easily turns 360 degrees. While feet stay in place.Very handy easel for paper files to books and laptops. I have a 15” MacBook and I pad. Works perfectly. I'm sure it would handle a 17 laptop. I wish it had longer pegs so thicker books would fit better. Page holders would Lso be great. If the. Company could do that this would be a perfect professional easel/laptop holder.I'm glad I have it.

Solid, genuine good quality, holds my slightly heavy MacBook Pro 14inch. Does all the adjustment I need, angles, heights, positions, perfect!The pouch and plastic corners help with traveling and its ease of portability.I’ve seen advertisements that sold a similar product if not identical, that cost 2-3 times more, this is really affordable!

So I haven’t tested other ones but this seems to do the trick! I have a small ikea desk with limited surface space and two laptops I work with. This allows me to somewhat stack one laptop behind and above my front laptop, allowing me to access both keyboards and see both screens at once. Totally essential for space saver and utility.And once you get the center of gravity proper, it’s a very sturdy design and the pivoting joints are extremely resistant allowing it to hold its position without slipping or unwanted movement.For me, I also have cases on my laptops so the magnetic designs of other ones would not work. So this style has little tabs that hold the laptop in, perfect for laptops with cases.Height also is good as it seems to offer a greater height than other designs.Good price too!

Sturdy, high enough, and easy to carry. Best portable, foldable stand so far I've ever bought. It's a bit heavy side but I can't complain with this price.

This is a laptop stand but I use it for my large tablet. It is a solid design with all major components made of metal. Others have plastic parts and therefore don't provide stable support, especially when I want to push on the screen while the tablet is seated. I've bought and returned many others. This one's a keeper. I bought a batch for the whole family. We'll done.

Sooo good, exactly what I wanted. Compact and travel friendly, I can take with me to work from a coffee shop (ipad or laptop). Excellent product and sturdy. No more bending my neck to type! It makes the screen eye-level and is adjustable.

My favorite amazon find so far. Helps elevate my laptop to keep my camera at eye level when I am having a call. It is incredibly sturdy and adjustable. It’s so good my husband wanted one too for his laptop so he doesn’t have to keep looking down at the camera straining his neck.
