I have had a waist trimmer for several years now but one without the 'handles'. It has served me well and is still going strong. Now I am getting older and have arthritis in my knees, which sometimes for no reason give way, I thought it would be easier to use one with handles to help keep my balance. This one is OK but is not as good a quality as my original one. I have to stand on it in one exact spot or it doesn't turn well and 'clicks' loudly. The movement seems 'forced' and is not smooth. It wasn't the most expensive so you do get what you pay for. How long will it last? I don't know.

This is a great item that can be quickly unboxed and is ready to use. It is very self explanatory with two handles and a nase with 2 foot indents.It's perfect for myself, I have small feet, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for someone with bigger feet as even my size 4s were almost hanging off the edge.It's a great workout though. Just a couple of minutes of use and I could feel it was working my core.

Fab trainer, definitely feel it working the next day in abs and arms. Easy to use and great value for money

A few of us tried this item. Kept catching and felt cheap. Would not buy again.
