I ordered 2 neck a/c fans and charged mine and the other one was for a gift. When I turned mine on it didn’t work, I received a call the other one didn’t turn on either after it was charged so I notified the seller. A few minutes later I thought, there’s no way two of these could be bad so I checked to make sure it was fully charged again and then I reread the instructions and I held down the on button for the cool air and it did finally come on so I text my brother to have him do the same with his and bingo his worked also and he said it was really nice, and it is definitely a must to have in our hot weather. I’m sorry I jumped the gun so quickly to notify the seller thinking they must’ve been defective. This is a great gift for the golfer in your family or for anyone who works out in the heat.I highly recommend it.

I love it. The almost perfect part is it is a bit loud. Not whisper quiet, but i can handle it. The cooling plate on the neck is great. If tje cooling plate were a bit larger, i wouldnt complain. Great air flow. I love the angle and the flexability of the fan.

I was so excited to get this fan. I have hyperhidrosis and sweat profusely on my neck and face. The box it came in was in good condition. And so was the box that contained the product. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars. Immediately after taking the fan out I noticed marks on it as if it has been scuffed. The cooling plate has sticky marks on it. I turned it on and you can barely feel any airflow on the highest setting, even though it’s very loud. The cooling plate did not cool after turning it on the first time. The second time it did start to cool a little bit. The digital display does not show whether the cooling plate is on or not. So you just have to wait to see if it cools or not. I don’t think it’s worth the money. I will be returning this.Update: the second one i received is ALSO USED. The cooling plate works better, but it still doesn’t turn on every time. It also doesn’t turn off every time you turn it off. When you charge it, it runs hot! When I put it on the charger it was at 30% , after 10 minutes it said 16% minutes even though the display said it “CH” for charging. Terrible product. Terrible service. Not to mention, pretty sure it’s illegal to sell used products when it’s advertised as new.Another update : I used it during one of the hottest days and it made me hotter than cooler because the back of the neck by the cooling plate gets hot. Just don’t get this product. Zero customer service. Horrible product.

The media could not be loaded.  Wish the fan went along the sides further down then it does. Blows cool air for my ears but would prefer something more for the back of my neckPowerful fans, cooling plate works great, gets snagged in my hair if I quickly remove it but other than that I like this thing.

Nice sleek style but most importantly, this neck fan is crucial to staying COOL while out in the HEAT. The positing of the fans and direction of airflow is perfect, and then the bonus of the cooling plate is spectacular. The cooling plate is my favorite feature and feels amazing. We'll worth the price!

I actually bought this for my dad, he is retired and likes to work on the yard everyday. Here in Texas, it gets really hot. I got this for him on Father's day, and had him test it out. So, the cooling plate at the back gets really cold, I was really amazed by that alone. The fans were strong, my dad was looking forward to actually using it. It charges really quick as well. By far the best thing to beat this heat.

I charged it, ran it on low 3 hrs and was much relieved from greenhouse heat. Hoping it holds up. These are cool tech devices for function, not entertainment, and am glad I bought it SO FAR!

So I opened my box charged it fully and was excited to turn it on. Right side fan doesn’t move at all cooling plate works well and left side fan but I needed both sides then while I’m trying to see if I can get both sides to work less than 5 mins the battery has dropped 7% on F2 function and C2 temp set which is the middle it also doesn’t seem to be circulating when I pressed the F4 function. So my product is damaged and the only way to get a refund is to send it in yet I don’t have an UPS shipping store around me the closest one is 35 miles away just to save money I shouldn’t have to deal with all of that too much stress $46 bucks down the drain
