Can be reused
Ive had a full knee replacement and needed these after exercises. They are well worth the money and even though they are for one use, its only me using them, so I freeze them and use them again. Very good product.

Very convenient
I had an injury so I bought a box for my holiday where I would have no freezer. Excellent product, stays cold for ages!

Short lasting but old
Short activity time is the norm for this sort of pack, but these seem to be slightly shorter lasting than other brands I use, but they do get ever so slightly colder. If you're looking for long lasting, look elsewhere, but great for sports injuries and the like.

Great for when I get a migraine. I always keep a box full in the house. Stays cold for a few hours

Item came on time. Small enough to put in handbag or sports bag. Nice and cold when you activate the crystals but only stays cold for about 10mins, so with my back problem had to use 2 on some occassions. Saying that I would buy them again as very useful take on holiday if you are staying somewhere there isnt a fridge and these ice pacs only alternative
