no this is the S250KIT universal kit

Will this fit a Kawasaki er6 givi racks

Sorry but I have no ideal the dimensions of the Kawa ER6 Givi rack. I do know that despite Givi saying that this is a universal fit it does not fit universally. I had to reshape certain parts to fit my Triumph Explorer's racks. It fitted eventually but with a lot of work.
