It came in the open box
The soap arrived in an unsealed box, and upon inspection, I discovered that the bottle is only half full. Additionally, the labeled weight is 239 grams instead of the expected 250 grams. This raises concerns about the product's integrity, as it appears to have been opened. I am hesitant to use it due to uncertainty about its contents, the missing 11 grams, and why it was opened in the first place.

Il prodotto è arrivato ben imballato, in anticipo (corriere BRT) di un giorno sulla data prevista e la confezione conteneva anche due graditi campioncini di crema viso.Il prodotto è conforme alle aspettative, la profumazione gradevole e non invadente (il prodotto contribuisce, nel tempo, ad attenuare gli odori ma non è studiato per "coprirli" con profumazioni pregnanti).Mi riservo di valutare di nuovo l'efficacia nel tempo.
