I had cervical fusion in December 25. Recently had an unexplained event where I awoke to a loud pop and neck to the side. Heat, pain and numbness ensued. Position the pillows to your needs after tying the item to your pillow or chair. It took a night ir two to figure out how I needed it. It does what I needed it to. I purchased the cooling version but for that part, I have to say it doesn't seem cooling. Cases are machine washable but it says not to wash the pillows. Not sure why.

Very poor quality, small doll like pillows attached with Velcro, comes off easily. Not worth price. I do NOT recommend

I sleep on a hospital bed because I have to keep my head elevated. My head tends to turn to the extreme left and this puts an extreme strain on my right shoulder and arm with the result of great pain. This "Neck Wedge Stabilizer Pillow for Sleeping to Keep Head Straight" has really helped me. At this point I'd say it relieved 95% of my pain and maybe in time it will be 100% effective. In my case I had to be patient and give it time to work. I tried several different adjustments of the pads until I found my best position. I like it very much and will most likely purchase at least one backup.

I had shoulder surgery and had to sleep in a recliner. My head was bobbing around all night and I thought that this might help me to sleep and be more comfortable. It definitely didn’t work for what I needed. It might be helpful for someone resting in a bed.

This is such a unique pillow. I have neck instability issues, so it's important for me to keep my head immobile when I'm sleeping. Tossing and turning usually creates a headache for me by morning if I don't immobilize my head from turning to one side or the other. It's easy to use and simple to adjust to fit your head and keep you stable. I will also be using they for an upcoming neck fusion surgery, so I'm really glad I found this little gem! I will say that if you DO use it, consider a little bit firmer of a pillow underneath it. If your pillow is too soft, your head will sink down and the side pieces will squeeze your head too much. It's a balance, but I highly recommend this for those who struggle with these types of circumstances.

Unfortunately had to return as the pillow just didn't work for what I needed. Attempted to use it after neck surgery to provide comfort and to help me sleep in a consistent position. The pillows were not firm enough to keep my head from moving too much. It did not help, not providing enough support to help. Felt like the quality could have been better as well. Was hoping it would work, but it did not.

Cheap. Part of the design uses Velcro to attack the stabilizing pillow, which gets in my hair, and falls out. I have Occipital Neuralgia & when my head falls sideways or forward when I sleep, it hurts a lot. The tie on this pulled off the 1st night. The two pillows held my Velcro ket coming off. I didn’t even give this to someone else. I just threw this away, so others don’t get their face acratched, or their hair caught in the Velcro.

As a recliner sleeper, I found this pillow very supportive and keeps my neck from muscle soreness. It’s easy to clean and breathes. No night sweating
