Delicious! Well packaged, these are virtually whole so you have versatility in how you want to use them. Perfect for paella, they have just the right taste.Will buy these again.

A couple days after opening, jar refrigerated, some black appeared on the peppers in various places. We scraped it off with a fingernail, decided it was not scary, and ate the peppers. No problems. What is that black stuff?

I have been buying these peppers for over 2 years and they were deserving of 5 stars. However the last two jars I bought contain no whole peppers in fact they contain only pepper shreds. The first jar was so bad I just threw them out; mushy pepper shreds so small they coated the strainer enough to make cleaning it a chore. The second jar is slightly better but the biggest piece (5 of them) was less than 2 inches wide and 4 inches long. Again not even remotely a whole pepper in the whole jar just mushy, stringy debris.

I’ve bought my share of different brands of roasted peppers but these by far were the worst. They looked good it the jar but they were mush. Way overcooked as another reviewer wrote. I couldn’t pull any out of the jar with a fork or even my fingers without them breaking apart. The taste was ok but mush, mush, mush. Inported from turkey on a very slow boat. Both jars were the same. Never again.
