Shippam's Salmon Spread 75g

I had this on sandwiches during my first trip to England. It is as delicious as it was then, the UK has some great food, very underrated in my opinion. It's a little pricey for the size jar, it's much cheaper in England. I imagined the price is jacked up for the American market. It's still good though.

This jar was so small, I don't think 75g is even one serving. No cost effect for a budget, just an indulgence. The salmon taste was so pronounced in this paste/spread, but it was tasty.

Product arrived completely dried out. It doesn’t spread as much as it crumbles. Totally inedible.

I grew up in England eating this on sandwiches. I love it to this day. It's delicious!

I love fish and salmon is a favorite. I bought the product in an attempt to find out if it was any good and was quite disappointed. Another reviewer mentioned that the product "wasn't what it used to be" and I reckon they are correct. To my taste and nose I genuinely thought I was eating cat food. It truly was that unpleasant. I don't "hate" the product but I would not purchase it again. By the way, my cat gave it five stars - but it would break the bank to keep her fed with it regularly.
