How did I not know that such an incredible massage tool like the Stainless Steel Acupressure Tool existed before now? I have just about every type of massage/trigger-point/acupressure tool and an assortment of rollers, balls, sticks, etc. for wellness. Now I own this deep tissue tool by EliaValth that is shaped like a pen and about the size of one too. The tool is made of smooth, brushed stainless steel and is weighted nicely (75 grams). The pen is somewhat narrow but I find it easy to securely grip and use in a variety of ways. However, someone who has trouble gripping narrow pens might not be able to use this comfortably. Anyone who is familiar with trigger point tools and gua shas will find this intuitive to use. Both the smaller and larger rounded tips are absolutely smooth. Gently sliding the tool or using it to exert targeted pressure provides deep relief with minimal force required. As you can tell I love this pen, which can be used for much more than just foot reflexology. Because it's stainless steel, the tool is very easy to wash and dry. The pen itself is 5-star quality. The reflexology socks are incredibly fun and informative. The socks are in the 4-star range because they are not toe socks, with each toe separated. There is benefit to massaging the sides of each toe as well as between them, and toe socks would make that possible. The felt massage pen holder is durable and protective, but just a tad too large and not as attractive as the tool.

The listing didn't include a shoe size range for the socks, but I'm an 8.5/9 and the large fit properly. The fabric is a little scratchy, but maybe that will improve after I wash them. The tool itself and the case are nice! I'm glad the case isn't leather, because I'm vegan. But it's a nice, heavy weight fabric, felt of some kind maybe. Very sturdy. The tool itself is a nice size and was comfortable to hold and use. I wish it had more instructions, but thankfully YouTube is full of information. I don't know that it helped the organs associated with the diagram, but my feet felt better after using it.
