Great for almost anything you need a knife for in kitchen

You get 9 items in the set, the rotating stand, a peeler, scissors, paring knife, utility knife, bread knife, chef knife, a chopping knife and a sharpener. For some reason I had a fork in my set too, I doubt you will get the same. An error in packing I expect.The items all came well packed and protected, some had protective sleeves to cover the blades in the rack but I doubt they will be on for long.The product description says the handles are "an elegant pink color". They are not, they are white, the only pink item is the extra fork I got in error.This looks very stylish and the blades are sharp, but one thing that concerns me is it may be a dust magnet and hard to keep clean. With a traditional wood block knife rack, you can easily wash it, this has so many edges and no mention I could see of it being dishwasher proof.The price at review time was £28.99 less 10% voucher so not too expensive.

The 'Kitchen Knife Set, 9 Piece Professional Kitchen Set with 360 Degree Rotating Acrylic Stand, Stainless Steel Sharp' arrived in a branded box.There were no instructions provided in the box with regards to care and maintenance.The knives have wider spines than some I have seen and the blades when tested on a sheet of copier paper, were semi sharp, but still need that fine edge for the best cut.I was not impressed by the scissors they feel flimsy in my hands and I can only just get my thumb and fingers into the handle.As mentioned above the blades were semi sharp in my view, which is borne out by the fact there were burrs on one of the blades which can be seen in one of my pictures. The knives are reasonably heavy so should be easy to work with.I am not sure what the patterning on the handle is made with, but if it is an applied finish, I wonder how long it will last.The stand/block when seen in person looks 'cheap' as the knife holders are not parallel to each other with two of them leaning towards the cleavers holder. The stand is a nice idea, but in my opinion it still needs work. I am sorry to say I am starting to think that nothing beats a nice wooden knife block.

I really like the look of it along with the color, the kitchen knives with the swivel stand look great on my countertop, the knives themselves are good quality and sturdy, which is great for a cooking enthusiast like me.

This white knife set is just as beautiful as the pictures show, I was pleasantly surprised by both the feel and sharpness, I love them, sleek, modern and they match my kitchen!

Sets off my kitchen a treat..Lovely pink colour and very stylish.
