Is Hydrogenated coconut and palm oils healthy to use? I’ve heard it’s a really unhealthy product.

It's a matter of preference actually depends on when you are planning on using it, you can just buy coconut oil.a Doctor recommended it they wouldn't recommend something that's not Healthy.

Are they authentic carlson lab's products? the seller is 3rd party, fulfilled by amazon

The box that I received says "Dist. By Carlson Division of J. R. Carlson Laboratories, Inc." so looks authentic to me.

Should these be refrigerated? Mine arrived melted..

Mine arrived okay. Must have been exposed to heat. I just keep mine in a bedroom drawer. No problem.
