I bought these just thinking I was getting cheaply little hats for a birthday party. So impressed with how sturdy they were!!! They are made of felt and very good quality! Not one broke which for our group of boys is quite a feat!!!

Used these for my “Under The Sea “ field day . My k -4th graders loved them ! They were adorable!!! The photo booth was an adorable part of the day !!
