I purchased this cable because my old USB to type C cable died on me. I used the old cable for one purpose, to connect my phone to my truck for Android Auto. The old cable was generic, but it worked. For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. My Truck is a 2017 Chevy Suburban. Lately, Android Auto would work sporadically. I would have to disconnect and reconnect the cable and just pray that would do the trick. It usually would work, until a few weeks ago. No matter how much playing with the cables I did, I couldn't get it to work again. I decided to do some research and what I was able to glean from everything I read was that cable quality matters. Works Great and Looks Great! When I upgraded my iPhone from the 14 to new 17, it took forever to backup. If you have a lot of data, this cord makes the backup times much more tolerable. The cord is nicely braided. Good thickness for durability and has ample length for PC, laptop, or vehicle. Very quick charging compared to the old lightning cables. Works with iPhone 17 Pro Max and with Apple CarPlay.

It's the perfect length from my USB plug to my phone and it connects easily to android auto so I was able to go online for Lyft for hours and unlike several cables I've tried already, this one did a phenomenal job at charging my phone at the same time. The entire reason I wanted this one is because of its description in being able to work with android auto and charge your phone at the same time because the cables I've had before stated they could, but after a few hours of working as a Lyft driver, I've come to find the cable wasn't charging my phone and it was nearly dead so I had to go offline. It was a really good price too honestly, several of the other cables i had were unnecessarily expensive when they couldn't do both functions as listed so this really impressed me today. Cable seems really sturdy and I do like actually that the plug in parts are gold so the entire cable looks really nice. And there you go, you see everything in the picture from why I wanted that length, where it needed to reach to, where my android auto would pop up (if it were an option, my phone isn't plugged in obviously), and for added bonus, my Lyft driver decal. When not in use I roll it a little because I don't like keeping the ends of chargers exposed. Other cable shown is going to a dash cam.

Android Auto USB-C cable. My trucks Android Auto would always cut out randomly when plugged in using any cable I tried. Read that someone else had that issue cleared up by using this cable. It's true! These work. I've been using this cable every day for a couple months and have had no issues with it cutting out. Fantastic quality for what I needed!

Worked like a charm.... for about 10 months. Now, the connection isn't seating as well and it glitches in and out of Android Auto. Tough when you're using your navigation/maps and it keeps disappearing!
