Excellent set of dumbbells
Easy to reset weights. They're not over sized to do curles. I can't see why they won't last. They're worth every penny.

The guide rods are made of plastic. The worst 250 dollars I have ever spent. Absolute trash that broke almost immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.
