These heel inserts didn't quite work out for what I needed them for. A dress shoe that you wear once in a while, perhaps, but not for every day use. I was careful to not push down on it while putting on the shoe, but they started falling off within a few days on both shoes. They were comfortable though, so a more permanent glue to hold them in place is needed.

They are good quality . Most important my shoes fit now....

For wife - seems to work for her.

I don't know if it is the heel grips or my slippers but the heel grips didn't seem to help much.

Very good fabric, very comfortable materials, the use of the fast, a week on the heel, protection is very good, my girlfriend said her shoes before it has been very grinding feet, but with the tape later, back to become comfortable shoes, feet protection is very good, very satisfied with this product.

Did not work. Bought some at CVS that worked pretty good, but wanted some that worked real good. Not these.

Great adhesive perfect for what I needed

I got cute new Superga platform sneakers and although my size, they felt like they were slipping off a little bit - especially with the heavier platform. I put those sticky pads in, and they fit great now. The color is more beig-y than grey though.
